All Sales Are Final

At V3D Engineering, we manufacture and supply automotive parts and accessories, including products that may be produced specifically for individual orders.

All sales are generally considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect product selection, or items that are no longer wanted.

Products Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact V3D Engineering as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

For verified shipping damage, we generally provide a replacement product at no additional charge.

Please retain the original product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Defective Products

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when possible.

Defective-product concerns are reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, V3D Engineering may offer troubleshooting assistance, a replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders or Fitment

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, and available options before purchasing.

Returns and refunds are generally not accepted for products ordered incorrectly or for fitment issues resulting from inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.

If V3D Engineering ships an incorrect product or makes an error fulfilling an order, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

Please do not send products back without contacting V3D Engineering and receiving instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are not routinely offered. Any refund or other remedy will be considered when appropriate under the circumstances or as required by applicable law.
